To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, children and individuals not receiving services are not permitted within Gemstone Revival unless medically necessary.
Our goal is to provide exceptional care in a timely manner. Due to high demand for appointments, we have implemented the following cancellation policy to ensure availability for all clients.
At the time of booking, a valid card will be used to hold your appointment. Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
-Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
-If your service was booked at a discounted rate, you will be charged 50% of the original price.
-Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
-Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.
-NO REFUNDS for any reason
If I am ever late or need to reschedule, I will extend the same courtesy to you. Thank you for helping us maintain an efficient and fair scheduling process.
